Despite predictions of a lifelong limp, dedicated chiropractic and physical therapy over two years enabled him to regain normal mobility, sparking his deep-rooted interest in chiropractic care.

An alumnus of Arizona State University with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Business, Dr. Doan further honed his expertise at Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO. • How do I know if I need chiropractic treatment?
You may benefit from chiropractic treatment if you experience back pain, neck pain, headaches, joint pain, sports injuries, or other musculoskeletal issues. If you're unsure, a consultation with our chiropractor can help determine if chiropractic care is right for you.
  • What can I expect during my first chiropractic appointment?
Your first visit will typically involve a thorough evaluation of your medical history, a physical examination, and possibly imaging tests. Based on the findings, the chiropractor will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.
  • What types of injuries and pains can chiropractors treat?
Chiropractors can treat a wide range of injuries and pains, including but not limited to back pain, neck pain, headaches, whiplash injuries, sports injuries, strains, sprains, sciatica, and repetitive motion injuries.
  • How does Spinal Stabilization and Foot Orthotics benefit patients with chronic back pain?
Spinal stabilization exercises aim to strengthen the muscles that support the spine, promoting better posture and reducing the recurrence of back pain. Foot orthotics, custom-made shoe inserts, can improve foot alignment, thereby positively impacting the entire musculoskeletal system, including the spine.
  • What are Myofascial Release Techniques, and how can they alleviate muscle pain and tension?
Myofascial Release Techniques are manual therapies used to release tension and tightness in the fascia, a connective tissue that surrounds muscles and organs. By releasing fascial restrictions, these techniques can reduce muscle pain, improve flexibility, and restore normal movement patterns.
  • How soon after an injury should I seek chiropractic care?
It's best to seek chiropractic care as soon as possible after an injury. Early intervention can prevent the development of chronic issues and promote faster healing. Even if you don't experience immediate pain, a thorough evaluation by a chiropractor can help detect and address potential underlying problems.
